We are submitting a supplementary Report containing a number of points which we do not consider should be given the full publicity which may be expected

for the present Report.

94. We desire to express our gratitude to the Vice-

Chancellor and the staff of the University who have

without fail given us all the information that we could

desire. In particular the Registrar, Mr. W. B. Finnigan,

has been unsparing in providing us with data on a large

scale.

95. Mr. J. H. B. Leo has performed his duties as

Secretary with tact and efficiency. We have made him work long hours of overtime both on week days and at week ends. Miss Budden of the Colonial Secretary's Office has

been given a good deal of additional typing in the preparation of material for this Report, and has done it

well.
